When they were concerned about designing a new generation of the Air Miles website, they wanted to make sure that a number of customer-centred objectives were going to be met by the website.
Their customer website's usability would have to include simple browsing and search functions for collectors coming from a wide variety of backgrounds, increased reward redemption, educate collectors on how to increase their mileage and increase advertising revenue. All of that had to be included in an interface that users found attractive and optimally usable. Here was a unique customer website usability challenge for Interpix's design team.
Interpix found ways to simplify the user experience and at the same time meet the needs of Air Miles reward Miles. Interpix achieved maximal customer website usability in this usability consultation, helping customers achieve goals without wanting to abandon the website.
