But first the user
We create the best user experience design we can, by beginning with as much information as we can gather about your users. Ideally, we interview prospective users, based on user profiles provided by information we have gathered from other stakeholders then involve some of these same users throughout the design process after creating a user interface architecture.

The architecture is not a static blueprint, of course, but is influenced by user input at every stage of the process. This begins with a clear understanding of tasks required of the user, extends through the preparation of prototypes of various kinds then a testing of those initial concepts to evaluate their functionality along with issues such as navigational strategy. We gather whatever depth of user insight is available - within the constraints of your budget, of course.

This process ideally incorporates user testing in a usability lab, where we apply further interviewing as well as processes such as eye tracking that allow us to gather as much information about your site's users as we can.

We then meet again with your team where we present findings of our user experience testing along with recommendations for changes and next steps toward creating optimal usability of your site or application. This will include findings we have gathered and tabulated about the following:

  • User Profiles
  • High level task flow
  • High level user interface concept wireframe
  • Usabilty test results
  • Opportunities for improvement of your user interface
  • Functionality assessment results

Based on your feedback and the feedback of customers and other stakeholders we prepare a high level design along with design of internal pages and other key pages in the particular user experience you wish to generate. We can work with your team to iterate designs to meet all specifications and generate the optimal user experience design that will benefit all your stakeholders.
