Telus invited Interpix Design to apply its expertise in usability to determine requirements and prototype designs for their self serve customer portal. The portal needed to function across multiple channels, with features and authentication that had an appropriate level of complexity to not frustrate users. Given the nature of the product, Telus needed to reduce and ideally eliminate support calls from frustrated users.
