An expert usability review is a quick survey of your application or site using a set of common heuristic rules and our experience.

A usability review can usually be done in about 3-5 days and results in a visual presentation of our key findings. It's an excellent way to identify possible usability issues with your application or site. Many usability issues found can often be quickly corrected.

The Approach in this Usability Consultation

The review identifies usability issues that could negatively impact the user's ability to easily complete their desired tasks.

Our consultants collaborate with your team to clarify objectives as well as our methodology and deliverables. Functions and screens in scope will be agreed upon. We will gain additional understanding of your overall application goals, user population, task flows and current problems and opportunities.

This will follow with applying our heuristic usability rules from the applicable areas:
